January 2021 Update

Celebrate the life of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Martin Luther King, Jr.'s words ring true just as loudly today as when they were first spoken: "The time is always right to do what is right." I hope we can all carry these words through 2021.

2020 Campaign
Speaking of 2021, our 2020 Campaign is still open but is starting to wrap up.

We have two months left to reach our $360,000 goal and are currently sitting at 72%.

Boots & Bowties for Books
We were hoping to be able to hold our Boots & Bowties for Books event in March but have decided to cancel it for this year. This leaves us short-handed on raising enough money to fully support our Dolly Parton's Imagination Library program for Williams County. Do you know someone who would like to sponsor a child for a year? Please direct them to give here.

Financial Stability
Financial Stability is a building block for United Way. We are proud to help fund some amazing programs that support Williams County residents on their path to Financial Stability. You can visit our website at any time to view all the Financial Stability programs we support.

We Care Meat Raffle
Our We Care Meat Raffle was a great success! We were able to raise over $7,000 for the We Care Cabinet, which covers over half of our budget for next year.

Partner Company & Volunteer of the Month
If you missed it, here are the December Business of the Month & Volunteer of the Month. Be sure to follow us on FacebookTwitter, and Instagram to see who's next!

I am wishing you all a very happy, prosperous, and special 2021 and hope we can continue to make our county a better place to live and work.

Always the best,
Chasity Yoder
Executive Director

Our COVID-19 Relief Fund has been making a difference. We have used funds raised from businesses and individuals to help organizations and schools who have taken on the burden of those affected the most during the pandemic. See who has received funding here. The Relief Fund goes 100% to relief efforts in Williams County. You can still donate to this fund here.
